Trouble learning switching between Guitar Chords?
Hi all,
So I have been taking guitar lessons and have learned 3 chords so far, but I am having a hard time learning to go from one chord to another. My teacher keeps saying practice practice practice, but it still takes me a while. I feel like I will never get it and will not be able to ever play any songs! Any tips on how to learn to switch from chord to chord?
I know what you mean. I know three chords also, and I’m having trouble switching. I’m teaching myself guitar from a DVD, and the instructor on the DVD said that you should just practice moving your hand from position to position without actually strumming. Once you can do that fluently, then start strumming. Good luck!
